@rainewater24 Yeah but if you plan on taking more weight off you could document the rest. I’m in the middle of moving so life is kinda hectic right now but I have a lot of pregnancy weight to take off and when I get settled in at my new place I plan on documenting my progresss. I think it would help. Cause when you look in the mirror most dont really see a big difference but with videos and such the evidence is right there. It will help keep you motivated too if you have problems like that.
@Seliquin i did change my diet, like whole wheat cereal for breakfast and dinner, lunch is usually a big meal…
you cant tell the diff of my looks right now… hmmm… your right, maybe i should document my weight lose with photos. but i dont think i have the guts to post it just yet. but it wouldnt be very credible if i just post all of the photos in one vid after 2 months. @_@
@desertcrash That’s the worse way to lose weight, your body goes into “shut down” mode and starts storing body fat because it doesn’t know when it will get food to metabolize… kind of like how a bear stores fat for the winter when it goes into hibernation… LOLz

@rainewater24 Have you changed your eating habits at all? You could post about that and pics of yourself as the weight comes off.
