Can anyone tell me the best way to lose weight. I am trying for about 60 lbs. I have tried weight watchers, physicians weight loss, and 3 different types of Tone Detox pills. I have seen doctor and noone seems to be able to help. I try to exercise, but not too much due to my busy schedule. I don’t eat regular meals.

Just don’t eat junk food and eat 2,000 calories a per day. Also drink a lot of water. One tip is to elimiate bread, and start eating more vegetables. Fruits calm down hunger, contain many nutrients and don’t have many calories.
