Thanks this was very informative I had no idea that DHEA was effected that much from just skipping breakfast.
I noticed for example that if I would not skip breakfast and continue eating whole foods throughout the day (no processed stuff. ) my erections were harder and my ejaculations had much more volume. . . So I suppose you’re right on.

Your video was a little bit too long for me. Please try for 3 – 5 minutes. I made it to 12 minutes on this one and could take it no longer. Concise = better health for YouTubers. Just my opinion. . . ha

Paleo diet is where its at. I’ve been eating a very paleo rich diet the past 2 months and I feel alot better.
Eating every 2 to 3 hours to keep cortisol at bay when eating mostly “modern carbs” (read: crap) is still not the best option. Insulin overproduction is simply not healthy.
If you eat paleo-wise, you really don’t need to eat that often. . . and it’s probably much healthier. Do you really think the hunter-gatherers ate every 2-3 hours. . . ? I think not.
