What is the Fastest way to lose weight, I wish that there is a magical way to lose weight. There is a go to guys who will give you a magical pill or trick and you will lose all the weight that you gained. Especially with the fact that todays instant gratification society that we are looking for a patch or a pill you will not find it. The problem of obesity is big business now and all these quick get thin schemes out there are making millions of dollars. And there is surgery option , but majority of todays individuals are not big enough to get it so were does that leave the person who works 40 to fifty hours a week and doesn’t have time to make exactly what you need to live that healthy life style.
Medically doctors will tell you that 1 to 2 pounds a week is healthy, but where is the fun with that. First before a person goes out to lose that stress (life) pounds they should consult a physician to ensure that the weight gain is not medically related.
The secret of weight loss has to do with numbers, the more you eat the less you do the bigger you get. So if a person is an eater, like myself they need to be more physical, what ever you do , do not starve yourself . If you do not eat the body goes into freak out mode and stores most of what you eat into storage ( fat cells) to prepare. So the best way to eat is small meals every 3 to 4 hours all day.
The big part of weight loss is action. park at the end of the parking lot and walk to you office, let go of the elevator and take the stairs. The more physical you are the better you health would be.
I have to say another aspect that I get annoyed by this topic. The perfect weight is not what the cover of Vogue or self says it is what your doctor says for your built. For instance I am a adult woman who is 6 feet tall I am of Russian decent and I could probably save the Detroit lions from a losing streak because of my built. So for the fact that magazines say I can weigh 120-130 pounds I know that is not that case . I am healthy at a solid 185 and that is some people eyes is still over weight , but i want to be able to have the strength to stand all day without passing out from lack of nutrition.
So the key is being active, going to the gym working out 3 to 4 times a week. Eating normally and staying away from alcohol as much as possible. The fastest way to gain weight is drinking hence the name of the beer gut. Try to make sure that you eat something green every day, even is you don’t want to . If you are busy prepare you food in advance. I cook all my meals on Sunday and freeze them for the week.
I wish everyone luck with this up hill battle . So lastly the weight loss game is all about numbers, make sure the calories that you intake are close in number to the calories that you burn. Drink water and take charge of what is going on with your body.
