The Marine Method:
I have spent my whole life overweight. You may think that as a Marine if would be impossible to be overweight with all of the physical exercise and lack of time to do anything other than work. But for me it is a different story. I have been near my max weight in the Marine Corps for the past 4 yrs. But I have found a way to lose weight fast and if you stick with this you will keep the weight off.
Although I have read the studies about Ephedra and all the side effects, these mostly occur with individuals that take too many pills and exercises while experiencing the full effects. But I can guarantee through many years experience a combination of pills that will help anyone lose 10 to 15 pounds within 10 days. This combination I have found has been studied by the FDA and has been proven to increase weight loss by about 25 percent. Thats quite alot for many individuals. This combination is Approximately 90 mg of Caffiene, 50 mg of Aspirin, and approximately 50 mg of Ephedrine. All of these substances are legal to purchase in the amounts that will work with this combination.
For the Aspirin I prefer Exedrin because it has a little bit of caffeine to help out with the combination. Also if your excercising it helps alot with joint pain when you get a little older.
For the caffeine, you can find many supplements that are pure caffeine, or there is a sports drink called “Rip It” that has the right amount, tastes great, and has vitamin C. A good combination if I’ve ever heard one.
For the Ephedrine I have found “Bronch Eaze” to be the best it doesn’t upset your stomach and doesn’t get you jittery like the older ephedra products.
If you keep this up you will see a drastic loss in 10 days and then all you have to do is cut the doses in half to maintain the weight you want to be at.
So as the next 12 years in my career continue I will maintain the level at which I want to be.
Give it a shot and you won’t be dissapointed
